Dr. Brian Crenshaw, MD

Supervising Physician

Dr. Brian Crenshaw graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences and in 2005 with a M.S. degree in Toxicology. In 2010, he earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the LSU Health Science Center before preforming his 4-year residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center. A member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Louisiana Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Crenshaw stays on top of medical discoveries and demonstrates an immense passion for his patients and their well-being. In his spare time. Dr. Crenshaw enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.

Nicole Noble

Head Nurse Practitioner

Nicole is from Northeastern Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She furthered her education with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to completing her master’s degree, Nicole worked in various settings as a registered nurse including Sentara Heart Hospital, Sentara Norfolk General intensive care unit and Chesapeake Regional cardiac catheterization lab.

Nicole moved to the Hampton Roads area in 2012 with her husband who is serving his country in the United States Navy. In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking, spending time with her two children and husband, and traveling to see family and friends.



Medical Assistant

Holly grew up in Johnstown, OH and has a BA in Sports Management from Ashford University. She is also pursuing the NASM nutrition certification. She has experience with sales and customer service, so she looks forward to engaging with patients and getting them the best possible care. Holly is passionate about helping create and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Holly now resides in Virginia Beach, VA. She has trained and competed in CrossFit and Strongman competitions. In her free time, she enjoys visiting friends and family, working out, and spending time on the beach.



Medical Assistant

Ashley is a loving mother, devoted wife, a proud American Red Cross volunteer and focused medical assistant. She also is bilingual! Her speaking English and Spanish is a GREAT asset to our office.  Ashley acquired studies in applied science and uses her experience to care genuinely and wholeheartedly for every patient who visits our office while maintaining a smooth patient flow. Her devotion to helping patients regain their health and stamina is unmistakable and she is committed to making them feel as comfortable as possible. Originally from Florida, she moved with her family to the Chesapeake area in 2018 in support of her husband’s 12-year military career. A few hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and out door activities such as hiking and kayaking.



Patient Care Coordinator
Candice is an honor graduate of Centura College completing studies in Medical Assisting. She also is an honor graduate of the Pharmacy Technician program at Medical Training of Virginia. She has also completed studies in Applied Science at Thomas Nelson Community College. Candice has over 10 years of Customer Service, Medical and Technical experience. She has a passion for both medicine and technology which makes her a valued asset to our team. Candice is a native of Chesapeake, Virginia where she currently resides with her husband of over 20 years and their children. A true lover of all things marine life she loves being in and near the ocean in her spare time as well spending time with family, bowling, writing, calligraphy, crafting, shopping, and cheering on her Green Bay Packers.


Medical Assistant
Haley resides in her hometown Chesapeake, Virginia. She is a graduate from Old Dominion University. She received her Bachelors in Biological Sciences in May 2019. Also her National and Virginia Emergency Medical Technician certification and phlebotomy training. She has experience working in a pre-hospital setting as well as a hospital setting. Haley is an aspiring Physician Assistant and is working towards her career goal. She is a dedicated, hard working, positive and compassionate student and healthcare worker.
Outside of work, Haley loves spending time with her loved ones, reading, traveling, photography, fitness and trying new things. She loves outdoors activities and much more! 


Medical Assistant

Victoria grew up in Lorain, Ohio. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marine biology, her goal is to work at a sea turtle rescue facility. She has always been passionate about helping all living creatures. With over four years of customer service and a love for helping people, she is a valuable asset to our office in bringing the best patient care possible.

Victoria enjoys volunteering at nursing homes and pet shelters. She cherishes time spent with family and friends. Victoria also enjoys spending time at the beach, aquariums and zoos.
