Head Nurse Practitioner
Nicole is from Northeastern Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She furthered her education with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to completing her master’s degree, Nicole worked in various settings as a registered nurse including Sentara Heart Hospital, Sentara Norfolk General intensive care unit and Chesapeake Regional cardiac catheterization lab.
Nicole moved to the Hampton Roads area in 2012 with her husband who is serving his country in the United States Navy. In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking, spending time with her two children and husband, and traveling to see family and friends.
Dr. Aaron Perme, MD
Dr. Perme grew up in Iowa. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree from St Ambrose University. He attended the American University Of The Caribbean Medical School on the island of St Maarten. He traveled to London England for a portion of his clinical training, completing his medical school training in Chicago. He then did his surgical residency at the Medical College Of Wisconsin in Milwaukee Wisconsin. He brings 12 years of surgical experience and vast knowledge dealing with chronic pain.
Dr. Jonathan Claar, DC, DACNB
Dr. Claar is a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist. He studied post graduate functional neurology at the Carrick Institute of Neurology and was certified by the ACNB. He is also a certified Functional Medicine Physician. He was a graduate of Sherman College in 2004. Dr Claar is originally from Western Pennsylvania and witnessed firsthand how physical medicine can make a difference while playing collegiate football.
Dr. Claar currently assists in the office with patient education and evaluation. His interest in regenerative medicine and stem cells is a very personal journey. In 2016 his older brother suffered a traumatic injury resulting in a quadriplegia. This encouraged his studies into this ever expanding field. Dr. Claar resides in Chesapeake with his wife, Liezel, and two children.
