Dr. Brian Crenshaw, MD

Dr. Brian Crenshaw graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences and in 2005 with a M.S. degree in Toxicology. In 2010, he earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the LSU Health Science Center before preforming his 4-year residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center. A member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Louisiana Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Crenshaw stays on top of medical discoveries and demonstrates an immense passion for his patients and their well-being. In his spare time. Dr. Crenshaw enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.

Nicole Noble

Head Nurse Practitioner

Nicole is from Northeastern Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She furthered her education with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to completing her master’s degree, Nicole worked in various settings as a registered nurse including Sentara Heart Hospital, Sentara Norfolk General intensive care unit and Chesapeake Regional cardiac catheterization lab.

Nicole moved to the Hampton Roads area in 2012 with her husband who is serving his country in the United States Navy. In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking, spending time with her two children and husband, and traveling to see family and friends.

Dr. Jonathan Claar, DC

Dr. Jonathan Claar, DC, DACNB

Dr. Claar is a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist. He studied post graduate functional neurology at the Carrick Institute of Neurology and was certified by the ACNB. He is also a certified Functional Medicine Physician.  He was a graduate of Sherman College in 2004. Dr Claar is originally from Western Pennsylvania and witnessed firsthand how physical medicine can make a difference while playing collegiate football.

Dr. Claar currently assists in the office with patient education and evaluation.  His interest in regenerative medicine and stem cells is a very personal journey.  In 2016 his older brother suffered a traumatic injury resulting in a quadriplegia. This encouraged his studies into this ever expanding field.  Dr. Claar resides in Chesapeake with his wife, Liezel, and two children.  




Medical Assistant

Holly grew up in Johnstown, OH and has a BA in Sports Management from Ashford University. She is also pursuing the NASM nutrition certification. She has experience with sales and customer service, so she looks forward to engaging with patients and getting them the best possible care. Holly is passionate about helping create and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Holly now resides in Virginia Beach, VA. She has trained and competed in CrossFit and Strongman competitions. In her free time, she enjoys visiting friends and family, working out, and spending time on the beach.



Medical Assistant

Ashley is a loving mother, devoted wife, a proud American Red Cross volunteer and focused medical assistant. She also is bilingual! Her speaking English and Spanish is a GREAT asset to our office.  Ashley acquired studies in applied science and uses her experience to care genuinely and wholeheartedly for every patient who visits our office while maintaining a smooth patient flow. Her devotion to helping patients regain their health and stamina is unmistakable and she is committed to making them feel as comfortable as possible. Originally from Florida, she moved with her family to the Chesapeake area in 2018 in support of her husband’s 12-year military career. A few hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and out door activities such as hiking and kayaking.
