Dr. Brian Crenshaw graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences and in 2005 with a M.S. degree in Toxicology. In 2010, he earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the LSU Health Science Center before preforming his 4-year residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center. A member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Louisiana Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Crenshaw stays on top of medical discoveries and demonstrates an immense passion for his patients and their well-being. In his spare time. Dr. Crenshaw enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
Head Nurse Practitioner
Nicole is from Northeastern Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She furthered her education with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to completing her master’s degree, Nicole worked in various settings as a registered nurse including Sentara Heart Hospital, Sentara Norfolk General intensive care unit and Chesapeake Regional cardiac cauterization lab.
Nicole moved to the Hampton Roads area in 2012 with her husband who is serving his country in the United States Navy. In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
Candice has completed studies in Medical Assisting/Nursing and Business Administration with a concentration in Information Management (IT). She is an avid learner always in the know on the latest in Science and Technology. She currently resides in her native area of Southeastern Virginia with her husband and children. In her downtime she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, watching movies, going to the beach and bowling.
Growing up in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, Kaytlyn has always wanted to work in the healthcare industry. As the wife of a U.S. Navy Sailor, she moved to Chesapeake, Virginia in 2019 and became a mother to a beautiful daughter shortly after. She has her sights set on a bachelor’s degree within the field, which will enable her to further her career and provide quality medical care to the community. She can be described as ambitious, caring and customer service oriented, all of which are reflected in her work ethic. She enjoys spending her spare time around her family and friends.
Cortney is from Virginia Beach. She attended Tidewater Community College for Medical Administration. Cortney has worked at Sentara as a Patient Access II. She has mastered customer service! Cortney is always willing to go above and beyond to achieve satisfaction for all of our patients. She loves cooking, home projects, shopping and preparing herself as a first time mom.
Victoria grew up in Lorain, Ohio. She is pursuing a bachelor degree in marine biology, her goal is to work at a sea turtle rescue facility. She has always been passionate about helping all living creatures. With over four years of customer service and a love for helping people, she is a valuable asset to our office in bringing the best patient care possible. Victoria enjoys volunteering at nursing homes and pet shelters. She cherishes time spent with family and friends. Victoria also enjoys spending time at the beach, aquariums, and zoos.
Ami is from Suffolk Virginia, and attended is institute after graduating high school gaining her certification and Medical Assisting. After finishing the program in 2008 she began working with internal medicine and has since gone on to work with a broad range of specialties including Ob/Gyn, pain management, dermatology and podiatry. She greatly enjoys giving injections, anatomy and interactions with patients daily.
Ami is a very proud wife and mother of two girls, she enjoys swimming, yoga, meditation and nature.
