Head Nurse Practitioner
Nicole is from Northeastern Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She furthered her education with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to completing her master’s degree, Nicole worked in various settings as a registered nurse including Sentara Heart Hospital, Sentara Norfolk General intensive care unit and Chesapeake Regional cardiac cauterization lab.
Nicole moved to the Hampton Roads area in 2012 with her husband who is serving his country in the United States Navy. In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
Tracy is a native of California recently relocating to Virginia. She loves nursing and has a passion for alternative medication and rehabilitation programs. Tracy loves fall, going to church, reading, watching movies and spending time with her family. Tracy is an avid ocean lover.
Medical Triage Assistant
Growing up in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, Kaytlyn has always wanted to work in the healthcare industry. As the wife of a U.S. Navy Sailor, she moved to Chesapeake, Virginia in 2019 and became a mother to a beautiful daughter shortly after. She has her sights set on a bachelor’s degree within the field, which will enable her to further her career and provide quality medical care to the community. She can be described as ambitious, caring and customer service oriented, all of which are reflected in her work ethic. She enjoys spending her spare time around her family and friends.
Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia with a big family of 6 sisters and 6 brothers. Ty has always loved to help others since she was young. Her long term goal in life is to be a Pediatrician. She earned her nursing assistant certificate in 2018 and has worked as a home aide nurse for a couple of months. She then pursued her medical assistant certificate at Centura College in 2020. In her free time Ty enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist)
Jennifer brings in over 9 years in her career track of experience in vascular technology. She is a proud graduate of Old Dominion University with a B.S. Healthcare Administration. She enjoys playing, softball, traveling, beach and sports (Go Green Bay Packers!). She has 2 children who she truly adores: her daughter 17 and her son 9.
