Dr. Brian Crenshaw, M
Dr. Brian Crenshaw graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences and in 2005 with a M.S. degree in Toxicology. In 2010, he earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the LSU Health Science Center before preforming his 4-year residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center. A member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Louisiana Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Crenshaw stays on top of medical discoveries and demonstrates an immense passion for his patients and their well-being. In his spare time. Dr. Crenshaw enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
Head Nurse Practitioner
Nicole is from Northeastern Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She furthered her education with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to completing her master’s degree, Nicole worked in various settings as a registered nurse including Sentara Heart Hospital, Sentara Norfolk General intensive care unit and Chesapeake Regional cardiac cauterization lab.
Nicole moved to the Hampton Roads area in 2012 with her husband who is serving his country in the United States Navy. In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
Front Office Manager
Candice has completed studies in Medical Assisting/Nursing and Business Administration with a concentration in Information Management (IT). She is an avid learner always in the know on the latest in Science and Technology. She currently resides in her native area of Southeastern Virginia with her husband and children. In her downtime she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, watching movies, going to the beach and bowling.
Medical Office Assistant
Growing up in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, Kaytlyn has always wanted to work in the healthcare industry. As the wife of a U.S. Navy Sailor, she moved to Chesapeake, Virginia in 2019 and became a mother to a beautiful daughter shortly after. She has her sights set on a bachelor’s degree within the field, which will enable her to further her career and provide quality medical care to the community. She can be described as ambitious, caring and customer service oriented, all of which are reflected in her work ethic. She enjoys spending her spare time around her family and friends.
Ami is from Suffolk Virginia, and attended is institute after graduating high school gaining her certification and Medical Assisting. After finishing the program in 2008 she began working with internal medicine and has since gone on to work with a broad range of specialties including Ob/Gyn, pain management, dermatology and podiatry. She greatly enjoys giving injections, anatomy and interactions with patients daily.
Ami is a very proud wife and mother of two girls, she enjoys swimming, yoga, meditation and nature.
Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia with a big family of 6 sisters and 6 brothers. Ty has always loved to help others since she was young. Her long term goal in life is to be a Pediatrician. She earned her nursing assistant certificate in 2018 and has worked as a home aide nurse for a couple of months. She then pursued her medical assistant certificate at Centura College in 2020. In her free time Ty enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Ariana is an avid traveler who has resided in New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina but decided for now to make Virginia home. Her spunky personality and love for helping others makes her a great addition to our team. She aspires to become a Registered Nurse. In her downtime she enjoys spending time with her family.
Samantha is originally from Norfolk, Virginia and moved to Chesapeake, Virginia with her husband, Joseph in 2018. Her mother Brenda, was an x-ray technician which sparked Samantha's interest in the medical field at an early age. She is currently a student at Tidewater Community College with long term aspirations of becoming a board-certified Dermatologist.
Samantha is a proud pet mom of three cats, Popcorn, Shere Khan, and Tom, as well as one dog, Charlie. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time on the beach, riding roller coasters, and playing video games with her friends and husband.
